Can I check in before 15:00 or leave my luggage?

Your room will be ready for check-in at 3:00 pm. Should you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage and your car. Early check-in is upon availability. Feel free to request this.

Is the hotel easy to reach by public transport?

Bruges is easy to get to via train. Although there are buses and shuttles (free) that go to and from the station, most people get around by foot or bicycle as Bruges is fairly small. There are also sightseeing buses and canal trips to make more of the city. Hotel Heritage is located in the centre of Bruges, which is at a 20-minute walk from the train station.

Does the hotel have a convenient location for sightseeing and excursions?

Hotel Heritage is located in the historic city centre near all main points of interest such as: the Belfry tower, Market Place, Church of Our Lady, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, Groeninghe and Gruuthuse museum (historic museums). Everything is at walking distance and our team of guest service agents would be delighted to guide you around!

Does the hotel offer transfer services?
